Solar Electricity For Around 900 Households

The biggest and highest-performance solar park in northern Hesse, with an output of 2.4 megawatts peak, can be found in the municipality of Neuental. 286 solar trackers were constructed on the 11 hectare site in a number of project phases, with enough output to provide around 900 households with their daily electricity needs. At the same time, a visitors’ center provides information on renewable energy to visitors and hikers.
